By accessing or using the Synergetix website at synergetix.store (the “Site”) or purchasing any products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site or place any orders.

Synergetix reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY SYNERGETIX ARE STRICTLY INTENDED FOR IN VITRO LABORATORY AND RESEARCH USE ONLY.

None of the products offered on this Site are approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory body for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, or diagnostic purposes. They are not drugs, food products, cosmetics, or dietary supplements.

By completing a purchase, you explicitly represent and warrant that you are a qualified researcher or licensed professional who will use the products solely for lawful in vitro scientific research. You agree that the products will not be administered to humans or animals under any circumstances.

Synergetix expressly disclaims all liability arising from any use of its products inconsistent with their intended research-only purpose. Misuse is solely the responsibility of the purchaser.

You must be at least 18 years of age to access this Site or purchase any products. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. Synergetix reserves the right to cancel any order and refuse service if it has reason to believe the purchaser does not meet this age requirement.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Synergetix reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for resale or commercial distribution, or orders flagged by our payment processor for suspected fraud.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We use industry-standard encryption and third-party payment processors to handle transactions. Synergetix does not store your full payment card details on our servers.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees associated with your order. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Synergetix ships within the contiguous United States. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, you may be charged a re-shipment fee.

International orders may be subject to import restrictions or prohibitions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that importing the ordered products is lawful in your jurisdiction. Synergetix assumes no liability for packages seized or delayed by customs authorities.

Due to the perishable and sensitive nature of research peptides, we do not accept returns on any products once they have been shipped. All sales are final.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us at support@synergetix.store within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof of the issue. Synergetix will assess the claim and, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before a shipment confirmation email has been sent. Once a shipment confirmation is issued, pre-orders are subject to the same no-return policy as standard orders.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Synergetix or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without prior written permission from Synergetix.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SYNERGETIX, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR THE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF SYNERGETIX HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

In no event shall Synergetix’s total cumulative liability to you for any cause of action exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
